The exploitation and trade of rare metal such as tin、black tungsten、iron and gold，which originate in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and its neighboring region， will result human right and environment problems. Jinchang Lanyu Company has responsibility to comply with relevant national law，and say "No" to the behavior of breaking up human right and violence. Jinchang Lanyu Company is opposed to procure raw material from conflict area ,we also demand our suppliers to obey the same regulation.
Our commitment and action:
China is the first power of tungsten reserve and exploitation. The powder material, which Jinchang Lanyu Company uses in the manufacture of copper-tungsten alloy production, is all from Chinese mineral.The suppliers of Jinchang Lanyu Company are also in China，and have nothing to do with the exploitation and trade of conflict material. To prevent any connection between our suppliers and conflict material, we demand our suppliers to promise that they don’t procure mineral in the conflict area，and abide by the UN code of conduct requirements of contract and the U.S. congress statement. You can find all these in the purchasing document of raw material of Jinchang Lanyu Company，and we will accept the audit from our customers.
